If people are your most important resource, then we’re you’re most important supplier. Frankly, our core business around talent sourcing and selection would mirror many competitors, but it’s our approach to recruitment that we trust sets us apart.
Recruitment is a competitive market; it’s very sales driven and prone to short cuts. In the face of this, we refuse to compromise professional standards. You’ll never receive from a candidate we haven’t registered and met with, or phone screened for permission to send their CV to you.
 
We don’t want to be just “another recruiter” inundating Clients with a host of average CVs in order to meet our KPIs. The “scattergun” approach is not one we agree with or can see any value around. We prefer to form a relationship built on trust and mutual respect, so you’ll know that any candidates we shortlist are qualified, suitable and definitely worth seeing – be it either one or four CV’s on a shortlist.
