Over recent years many changes have occurred in the recruitment industry. Internet technology, database development, preferred supplier agreements and candidate supply channels have literally changed the face of the way we operate in the industry. The market's also become hugely competitive, with a large number of generic "mass market" recruitment companies coming into New Zealand.

 

The recruitment sector is highly over serviced with the number of recruitment companies operating in Auckland so as a user you're spoiled for choice, however we urge you to choose carefully as not all are created equally. In simple terms recruitment companies fall into the "very large" bracket owned by large offshore entities and are often highly transactional in nature, or smaller privately owned niche market operators with a strong sense of personal service, forming close relationships and strong industry knowledge with commitment and experience to the New Zealand market.

 

Virtue falls firmly into the latter category and whilst we embrace superior technology and networks we feel there's a gap for a specialist and tailored recruitment service that offers some genuine points of difference to mass market recruitment.
